New technology is transforming the Post Office: Dr Hine will provide a insider's view of this changing organisation - a view the domestic customer never sees. He will describe some of the new products and services which combine traditional strengths with new electronic ones, and he will answer the question of what will happen to our Post Office after use of the internet and e-mail become commonplace.
